Return Policy

You have the right to a refund if you are not satisfied if return your product within 14 days. Please note that refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  1. The product is received by us within 14 days
  2. The product is in it’s original packaging and is in mint condition
  3. The cost of carriage for any returned items within the 14 days is met by you

In the unfortunate event that your sensor product becomes faulty, we would ask that you first call our Customer Services department on 03332 205 471 to try to resolve the issue with one of our advisers. If the issue isn't resolved by our troubleshooting check list then you will be entitled to a free replacement part so long as it is to be delivered within England, Scotland or Wales and you are within your warranty period. We charge £24.95 for administration and shipping of your replacement or repaired product.
